Euroflower only stores data which are absolutely necessary for processing your order:
Purchaser's name and address;
Recipient's name and address;
In the case of credit card payment, your credit card number and expiry date.
If an order confirmation is required, we need the purchaser's e-mail address or telephone number.
Our customers' data protection concerns are considered in all cases. This also means that these confidential data will not be passed to third parties and will not be stored for longer than necessary.
How can I pay?
Of course, it's easiest to pay with Visa or MasterCard. The order will be deemed to have been accepted as soon as the money has been credited, and the consignment will be on its way. You are also welcome to transfer the money or to send us a cheque. In this case, however, you must allow around three days for the money to clear through the banks, since your delivery can only leave our premises once the money has been credited to our account. Order a week in advance - then you can be sure that your delivery will arrive.
How secure is payment by credit card?
Euroflower uses the SET and SSL transfer procedure registered under the BC GmbH company in Torgau, and is certified accordingly.
How are the goods delivered?
Delivery is by post. Orders received by Euroflower by 12.00 noon will be dispatched on the same day, and will arrive on the following day in most areas of Germany. Consignments to other EU countries may take two to three days.
Please remember that all details must be complete, and make use of the "Remarks" field - sometimes a person may be a subtenant without their own nameplate.
If the postperson does not find anyone at home on the first attempt, a note will be left and a second delivery will be attempted on the following day.
When will the goods be delivered?
Delivery takes place daily between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. except for Sundays.
How do the goods remain fresh?
Euroflower only uses fresh goods and quality products. Within the shipping boxes the flowers are stored in water-filled bags to keep them fresh, so there is no problem transporting them for three days.
As sender, can I remain anonymous?
Of course. Euroflower will not give out any information regarding the sender of the consignment. The sender can only reveal himself or herself by making an entry in the accompanying card.
